The starting point was to breathe warmth back into this raw volume. We sourced and laid reclaimed antique parquet, its patina appearing to tell a century-old story. The pure white walls capture Clichy’s generous natural light, while touches of emerald green velvet and organic materials—straw, rattan, and wood—set a serene tone. Here, the rigidity of the former offices has given way to fluid movement and comforting curves.

The Contemporary "Riad" Spirit

The bathroom serves as the project’s true centerpiece. Entirely custom-designed in micro-cement (béton ciré), it evokes the mineral softness of a Moroccan spa. The walk-in shower and the vanity unit, sculpted directly from the material, create a soothing visual unity. An audacious choice that transforms a functional room into a sensory sanctuary.

The oversized natural fiber pendant light suspended in the center of the living room. Like an organic sculpture, it crowns the living space and diffuses a soft, filtered light that highlights the grain of the antique wood floors and the softness of the furnishings.
